"Being Civil: Stories of Transformation"
The earner of this badge attended a 90-minute presentation and discussion regarding the transformative power of forgiveness as told through the stories of three extraordinary individuals during the Spring semester of 2022. This presentation highlighted acts of forgiveness by Eva Moses Kors, a holocaust survivor, Katherine Switzer, a Boston Marathon runner who crashed the all-male event, and Brandt Jean, the brother of Botham Jean who was murdered in his home by police officer Amber Guyger.
